#Alter, Schwangerschaften und Geburten verursachen Dysfunktionen der
Beckenbodenmuskulatur, die dazu führen, dass eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Frauen an Harninkontinenz (in leichten Fällen) bis hin zu Gebärmuttervorfällen (in extremen Fällen) leidet.
Ein Training der Beckenbodenmuskulatur würde dem Problem wirksam vorbeugen
und es behandeln, aber viele Frauen und besonders Mütter vernachlässigen dies, weil die Übungen unglaublich langweilig sind, der Beckenboden nicht so sichtbar zu trainieren ist wie der Bizeps oder sie schlicht viel zu viel um die Ohren haben.

#Jede Teilnehmer:in erhielt ein Bluetooth fähiges Beckenbodentrainingsgerät und manövrierte sich mit der Beckenbodenmuskulatur durch Videospiele auf dem Smartphone.
Bei 10 online Treffen standen Empowerment, Vernetzung und die Rückaneignung der Körper im Vordergrund.

Training the pelvic floor muscles would be effective in preventing and
and treat the problem, but many women and especially mothers neglect this because the exercises are incredibly boring, the pelvic floor is not as visible to train as the biceps or they simply have far too much on their plate.

#Each participant was given a Bluetooth-enabled pelvic floor training device and manoeuvred their pelvic floor muscles through video games on their smartphone.
With 10 online meetings, the focus was on empowerment, networking and re-appropriating bodies.
